Hi, I'm Geoff Groberg.
Years ago I came across a book titled "Salt & Pepper." This book was old. It was written before the internet, before TV, even before cars existed. It was a collection of short stories, riddles, and poems. The introduction explained how these things add seasoning to the meat and potatoes of life.
We all have to work; we all have to soldier on. But a good book, or poem, or film, or road trip — these things make life joyful. And yet in the age of small screens, we are often missing the most important ingredient: other people. So I started "The School of Salt & Pepper." A kind of free social version of that old book from my Mom's basement.
The School of Salt & Pepper is like a book club for more than books. We meet up, suggest new “classes,” and learn together. We are based in South Utah County.
Is this a real school? No, not really. It’s just a fun social thing with a clever name.
Joining means you’ll get emails when there are upcoming “classes.”
No commitments. And free, of course.
